📝 Vendor Approval & Security Deposit Mandatory
- Admin approval ke bina vendor account active nahi hoga.
- Valid Aadhaar / PAN upload karna compulsory hai.
- Admin security deposit (₹1000 – ₹5000) demand kar sakta hai.
- Policy violation par deposit adjust kiya ja sakta hai.
🛒 Product Listing & Pricing Control Strict Policy
- Sirf genuine & legal products allowed hain.
- Duplicate / banned items par immediate suspension hoga.
- Admin ko product price increase / correction ka adhikar hai.
- Fake listing par ₹500 – ₹5000 fine lag sakta hai.
💰 Commission, Charges & Automatic Deductions Admin Controlled
- Customer payment pehle admin account me receive hoga.
- Commission WC settings ke hisab se deduct hoga.
- 2% withdrawal processing charge applicable ho sakta hai.
- Fine ya penalty amount vendor payout se automatically deduct kiya jayega.
- Payout sirf “Order Completed” ke baad manual bank transfer se hoga.
🚚 Delivery & Open Box Model Strict Monitoring
- Delivery admin logistics team handle karegi.
- Vendor ko order timely ready karna hoga.
- Late dispatch par ₹100 – ₹500 fine lag sakta hai.
- Customer delivery ke waqt product check karega (Open Box).
- Delivery accept hone ke baad refund normally allowed nahi hoga.
⭐ Performance & Rating System Quality Control
- Vendor rating 3.5 se niche jane par warning milegi.
- Repeated low rating par temporary suspension ho sakta hai.
- High cancellation rate par penalty lag sakti hai.
- Minimum monthly performance target apply ho sakta hai.
🔁 Refund, Dispute & Authority Admin Final
- Refund policy admin control me rahegi.
- Vendor direct refund issue nahi karega.
- Dispute case me admin ka decision final aur binding hoga.
- Repeated complaints par permanent ban ho sakta hai.
🔒 Data Protection & Confidentiality Mandatory
- Vendor customer data misuse nahi karega.
- Customer data external marketing ke liye use nahi hoga.
- Data breach par legal action liya ja sakta hai.
⚖️ Legal & Jurisdiction Indian Law
- Ye agreement Indian IT Act ke under governed hoga.
- Disputes ka jurisdiction Parbhani (Maharashtra) hoga.
- Admin kabhi bhi policy update kar sakta hai bina prior notice ke.
